Blizzard has revealed more details for upcoming World of Warcraft expansion Warlords of Draenor. Specifically, it will update the racial traits available to all races, but not the Worgen as well as the Pandaren.

On the official Battle.net community forums World of Warcraft community manager Micah "Bashiok" Whiple listed the notes on changes for each relevant race. The original announcement was shortly followed by a follow-up post that confirmed that the notes came from an internal build of the game as well as that they were being tested. Whiple described the update as consistent with the aim to "achieve much better parity among races."Blizzard has announced that it is currently exploring in-game micro-transactions for its very popular MMO, World of Warcraft .

The news was announced when players discover The Enduring Elixir of Wisdom on the game's Public Test Realm (PTR). It is a rare item that hasn't been made available to the live servers, gives players a 100 % increase to the amount of experience they earn by killing monsters and completing quests.

A posting on the game's forums by Blizzard the community's manager Zarhym claimed that the item is part of an experiment that gives players from specific, unspecified regions the ability to purchase digital goods from within the game world.

"We are currently evaluating the possibility of introducing a method players in specific regions to buy directly from within the game. In this regard certain elements related to this will be appearing on the PTR. We'll be providing updates on our plans as we progress with development."

The company has offered a variety of items from the Blizzard Store, including buy WOTLK Gold  mounts, pets and even the in-game Cinder Kitten. The latter saw the proceeds go to Hurricane Sandy victims.
