World of Warcraft 's recently announced Dragonflight WoTLK Gold expansion will introduce new race and combination of classes, and will specifically let all races (aside of the Evoker class that is exclusive to Dracthyr) to be Rogues, Mages, and Priests.

Through Wowhead the announcement was made in the context in an interview featuring WoW chief designer for combat Brian Holinka conducted by WoW creator MrGM.

"More of this will happen over time, but as of now in 10.0 we're gonna be making Rogues Priests, Mages, and Rogues available to all races, which means that everyone will be able to go out and make their own Tauren Rogue walking on their feet all over," Holinka said.

Fans will undoubtedly be thrilled about any race being able sling spells as a Mage or heal their friends as a Priest Rogues of Tauren specifically have long been considered a joke within the WoW community, given that the enormous number of cows does not appear to be a good fit to the combat that is stealthy with the Rogue class.

One of the advantages of playing a RPG that is fantasy is being able to create the character you'd like create even if that means breaking rules. Holinka said his WoW team intends to eliminate limitations on race and class in the future. Unfortunately, there's no news on when Night Elf Paladins another popular race, and class combo, will be in the works.

"I don't want to make grand promises, but we believe buy WoTLK Gold that we should take a step towards a world where the race of a character's character isn't a limitation on what they can or what they can do on the battlefield in World of Warcraft ," Holinka said.
