Machine Performance Features

  • The machine tool casting adopts the Japanese casting process standard HT300, with high strength, low deformation, no resonance. The spindle head has a built-in independent cooling system to control spindle heat and reduce spindle thermal extension, ensuring the accuracy of the machined workpiece.

  • The three axes guide rail all adopt Taiwan HIWIN/PMI C3 grade high precision and high strength ball screw.
